How much is Drake's new house worth?

DRAKE is currently self isolating in his £81million Toronto manor.

The famous musician has other extravagant homes too – let's take a look at the properties he's known to have and how much they're worth.

Toronto Mansion

Drake's new Toronto home – reportedly worth a huge $100million, which equals around £81million – recently got a look-in by Architectural Digest.

The property is an incredible 50,000 square feet and was custom-built and designed.

Drake refers to this incredibly luxurious Canadian home as 'The Embassy'.

The house isn't short of anything as it includes an indoor swimming poor, recording studio, basketball court, a one-ton bed, a wardrobe that's two floors tall, and a 4,000-pound bathtub built from black marble.

His walls are filled with sculptures created by American artist and designer KAWS, his numerous Grammy Awards, and one hallway has become a shrine to sports as it's filled with the jerseys of famous sportsmen.

The main living room is a whopping 44 feet high.

Speaking to Architectural Digest he said: "Because I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years.

"I wanted it to have a monumental scale and feel.

"It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong."

Drake was born in Toronto and wants the house to "forever remain solid in the place I was born."

In 2015 Drake bought the land on Park Lane Circle for $6.7million – meaning the value he's added to the property is over $90million.

He then destroyed the existing home as he bought it and started to build it from scratch.

California mansion

Drake has whole other pad for when he's performing and working in the States, in what he's dubbed the 'YOLO Estate'.

YOLO, standing for 'you only live once', because of all the wild parties he's had there.

Slightly less unbelievable than his new pride and joy home in Toronto, this house is worth $8million and is based in the Hidden Hills, California.

It's in a gated neighbourhood near other A-list celebrities such as the Kardashians.

The pool is said to be "one of the most luxurious in the world" according to Business Insider.

The house also has a library with a revolving bookshelf (apparently leading to the master bedroom), wine cellar, a mechanical bull, a cinema, a gym, a tennis court and man-made grottos.

It's reported that Drake saw images of the home years before he bought it, and in 2007 he even set his desktop background as an image of it's pool – Drake is a firm believer in manifestation.

One of the ways he manifested his home was by driving around the area regularly long before he lived there to make it feel like home (time to get in the car?).

The house was on the market for $27million, but he bought it for only $7.7million.

He then purchased the house next door after telling neighbours he would if his parties got too wild – which they did.

He bought it for under $3million.

Drake then bought a third home in the Hidden Hills – a 1950s style ranch house.

What he plans to do with it no one is sure yet.

Other homes

The star has bought and sold condos in Miami and earned a nice profit from them.

He once even found a buyer within 24 hours of putting a condo on the market.

Drake certainly isn't short of places to crash though, as he still has at least 4 properties in his name.
