I’m a Celebrity set risks killer snake invasion as heavy rain predicted

The I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here… camp is allegedly at risk of being invaded by killer snakes.

According to The Sun Online, an unseasonal increase in rain in the Australian jungle will lure out all manner of creepy crawlies, including dangerous snakes.

Forecasters have stated that huge downpours will drench the I'm A Celeb camp in the first few days of filming, which means it will be perfect weather for the slithering creatures.

Meteorologists have predicted a thunderstorm on launch night, which would make conditions particularly troublesome for the celebrities.

It's not only snakes that could ambush the camp, as leeches and giant earthworms also enjoy damp conditions.

This could lead to infestations at the famous waterfall.

Daily Star Online has contacted a representative of I'm A Celebrity for comment.

EastEnders star Joe Swash has previously spoken about the water feature which the celebs use as a shower on the programme.
