Jana Kramer accuses 'sex addict' husband Mike Caussin of 'adultery' and 'inappropriate marital conduct' in divorce docs

DIVORCE documents have surfaced from Jana Kramer's filing that accused her husband Mike Caussin of "adultery" amidst "sex addict" claims.

The One Tree Hill star announced last week that she had "nothing left to give" in her marriage and the couple were calling it quits.

The Sun can confirm that Jana, 37, has cited "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery" in her divorce filing on April 22, 2021.

E! News broke the details on Monday that the country singer and her former football player husband had signed a postnuptial agreement, and that she hopes to share custody of their two small children Jolie Rae, 5, and son Jace Joseph, 2.

The actress has asked that Mike, 34, pay alimony and cover her legal fees in the proceedings.

Their date of separation was listed as Tuesday, April 20th, just one day after Jana made the shocking announcement on her Instagram.

The mom of two posted a message to her friends and fans reading: "As I try to make sense of a reality I never wanted to believe could be possible again, those words have now become a reality.

"I've fought y'all. I've loved hard. I've forgiven. I've put the work in. I've given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give. 'It's time.'"

The musician continued: "Please know that I still believe wholeheartedly in marriage, love, and rebuilding. I just can't fight any longer.  It's time to heal.

"Thank you for all the love, heart, and support, in many ways you have fought on this journey alongside me, and for that I am grateful. I'll always encourage you to continue the good fight, but you can't fight it alone."

The celebrity couple tied the knot in 2015 but separated just a year later after Mike admitted to cheating with several different women.

Jana and her husband gave things another shot in 2017 when they decided to renew their vows, but a source revealed that he was still "continuously lying and cheating on her" during that time.

The Love At First Bark star has been starkly candid about her marital issues with Mike, frequently talking about their problems and even his sex addiction on social media.

In February, Jana revealed that she'll one day tell their kids about Mike's past cheating scandal.

A source recently told Us Weekly that the artist thought “everything was fine” in her relationship until she “uncovered a recent infidelity” that motivated her to end their marriage.

“Jana’s final straw came when she uncovered once again that [Mike] had cheated on her."

Late last week the distraught mom shared a series of emotional messages in an attempt to cope with her divorce.

"When you are down to nothing, God is up to something," one said while another added: "Sometimes your heart needs more time to accept what your mind already knows."

"Please be strong in who you are. And please don't let actions of another convince you that you are not good enough as you are," a third read.

Just days before the announcement was made, Jana shared plans to film a reality show with Mike.

She spoke about the possibility on her podcast, explaining: "We are not saying no to reality TV, we know a lot of people have asked us to do a reality show. It's just about what kind of show it is because I don't want it to be like attacking girls.

"I'm fine with them coming in, seeing our marriage, you know the ins and outs and how we kind of work through it, but still showing the drama."
