Michelle Keegan's sweet tribute to rarely seen step-dad and says 'she's lucky' to be her father's daughter
MICHELLE Keegan wrote a sweet tribute to both her rarely seen step-dad and biological dad on Father's Day.
The actress, 34, shared sweet pictures of them, showing she was lucky to have both men in her life.
Posting on Instagram, Michelle showed fans special memories she has with her dad Mike, including a baby photo, them on holiday and at a fancy do.
She wrote: "Happy Fathers Dad @pips1566.
"‘When I’m at my best I’m my father’s daughter’.
"I feel very lucky to call you my dad. Love you."
She also showed her strong bond with her mum Jacqueline's husband Dave Thornton.
Sharing a picture of her with them both, Michelle wrote: "Happy Father's Day to my step-dad.
"Thank you for everything you do for our family."
Her dad is English, and her maternal grandmother is from Gibraltar, giving Michelle her Spanish heritage.
Judging by Twitter, Mike has a great relationship with his daughter and son in law, Mark Wright.
Michelle's got a younger brother, Andrew Keegan, and is also a step-sister to Nichola Corfield.
Michellemarried former Towie star Mark in May 2015.
The pair met in Dubai in 2012, with their first official outing happening in early 2013.
Mark proposed in Dubai after nine months of dating.
