Naomi Campbell posts flirty message to ex Skepta on Instagram – despite his rumoured romance with Adele

MODEL Naomi Campbell has set tongues wagging after she posted a flirty message to ex Skepta on Instagram yesterday.

The British runway star dated the grime artist in 2018 after being introduced by mutual friends.

Yet, their relationship reportedly fizzled out after she discovered another woman was expecting his daughter, River.

Now the pair appeared to put the past behind them as Naomi teasingly commented: "Mask ♥️♥️♥️" under the post, which featured a series of photos including one of him wearing a face mask.

Other shots that featured in the upload included him with his pals, a shot of special bottle of Havana Club rum and one that featured a child.

Naomi's comment comes a day after the rapper shared his own flirtatious with Adele, who he was rumoured to be dating last year.

The Sun's Dan Wootton revealed at the time that the music superstars, who both hail from Tottenham, had been in regular contact since Adele split from  Simon Konecki in April 2019.

On Sunday, the Grammy-winning star shared two shots on Instagram of her reliving her Glastonbury set from the comfort of home.

Captioning the shots, Adele wrote: "5 ciders in ??" to which Skepta commented, "Finally got your Instagram password lol".

Despite growing close, Skepta hinted on his album Insomnia in March that he and the superstar Hello singer were no longer an item.

On the song Mic Check, he warned a potential partner about the pitfalls of dating a celebrity – such as himself – after his relationships withAdele became the focus of media interest.

He rapped: "Can you handle the fame? You know you’re f***ing with a star? When you’re f***ing with me, they talk about you in the Press."

However, the latest online flirtation could be a hint that things are amicable between them.

Elsewhere, The Sun revealed how Skepta was secretly dating supermodel Naomi in 2018.

The fashion star grew close to the grime artist after being introduced by mutual friends.

In March of the same year, the couple posed together for GQ Magazine and she confirmed their romance.

However, the pair reportedly split a month later.

The rapper then appeared to reveal he was 'expecting his first child' after he posted a picture of an ultrasound scan online in July 2018.

The move infuriated Naomi at the time and left her unfollowing Skepta on Instagram, wiping wiped all trace of him from her account – including their barely-clothed GQ magazine cover.

When Naomi posed alongside Skepta in just a pair of pants for the GQ photoshoot, they both insisted that they were just friends, even though they had been caught kissing at the NME Awards bash just a few weeks earlier.

Despite the initial fallout, the pair appear to be on good terms two years later.
