STRICTLY Come Dancing star Ola Jordan has shared a candid snap on social media and said she’s “horrified” with herself.
Ola, 39, who is married to Strictly pro and DOI champ James Jordan, posed next to her husband beside a swimming pool.
The pair could be seen wearing swimwear, with Ola donning a bright pink bikini, but she told fans she was less than impressed with her body.
The mum-of-one, who welcomed her daughter in 2020 with James, said: “I wasn’t going to post this picture but I’ve decided to because I’m horrified and so disappointed with myself and by posting it I’m hoping it will help motivate me to do something about it.
“Our friend took this snap of us yesterday trying to stay cool by the pool but OMG… it was a total shock to say the least! When did we get ‘mum and dad bods’ ????
“We know we’re not in our best Strictly shape but hey that’s what happens when you stop dancing for hours every day and have a baby (I just want to know James’ excuse).”

Ola added that she’ll be “staying off the ice cream for a while” and playfully penned: “Couples that eat together stay together,” before tagging James.
Fans of the star jumped into the comments section to heap praise on Ola for her honest post, with one person writing: “Still looking gorgeous and thank you for sharing.”
Another said: “I love you for posting this! You look beautiful, you guys look fab! We need to all cut ourselves some slack!! Loads of love to you both.”
James commented on the post too, writing: “Saw this ages ago but my message didn’t go up – have you been drinking?

Ola and James have become reality TV regulars over the years and married in 2003, three years after their first recorded dance together in the Dutch Open in 2000.
Their daughter was born in February 2020 after a three-year IVF battle.
Sharing the new son Instagram, the couple wrote: "She’s here and she is perfect."
