Who is in the cast of The Mighty Ducks
Evan Marrow – Brady Noon
Since The Mighty Ducks became a well-established hockey team, they have become pickier when it comes to new players.
Evan, 12, is rejected from the group and decides to form a new underdog hockey team to take the rivals down.
Evan is played by Brady Noon, a 15-year-old actor from New Jersey who has starred in Good Boys and Marry Me.
The star is believed to have a twin brother called Connor, and they worked in alternating shifts as Tommy Darmody on Boardwalk Empire.
In an interview with Hey U Guys, the young star said: “I knew what The Mighty Ducks was and I went through this crazy Mighty Ducks phase where everything in my life was Mighty Ducks.
“When I heard I got the audition I was so stocked and super excited.”
Alex Marrow – Lauren Graham
Alex is Evan’s mother and she urges him to set up a rival hockey team to challenge the tough competition.
She is played by Lauren Graham, a 54-year-old actress and author known for her roles in Gilmore Girls and Bad Santa.
Graham spoke to TV Line about her latest role and she said she had a great dynamic with the younger cast members.
She said: “I hit the jackpot because the kid I worked with most is [my onscreen son] Brady [Noon], who’s really funny and really sweet and smart.”
Gordon Bombay – Emilio Estevez
Gordon is the original Mighty Ducks coach from the film and he is a former defence attorney.
As part of his community service, he was forced to coach the Ducks and later became the official manager.
He is one of the only original cast members to reprise their role, and he is played by Emilio Estevez.
Estevez is an American actor and director known for his roles in The Breakfast Club and The Outsiders.
Speaking to TV Line about his role, he said: “He’s a little broken. He’s a little beat up by life, and he’s kind of hiding out.”
