The Walking Dead season 10 episode titles: What are the episode names of TWD 10?

The new season of The Walking Dead premieres on AMC this weekend with the first episode of the 10th run. With Alpha (played by Samantha Morton) back with her hoard of Whisperers and an imminent war with the communities on the horizon, fans are scouring the web for potential clues about the new season and some potential spoilers could lie within the episode titles of the new series. Here’s the full list of episode names and what they may mean for the horror.

What are The Walking Dead season 10 episode titles?

1. Lines We Cross

The 10th season of TWD kicks off with Lines We Cross.

Written by Angela Kang and directed by Greg Nicotero, the premiere promises to be unmissable, especially if the first episode reviews are anything to go by.

Lines We Cross could refer to the border of severed heads Alpha laid out in the penultimate episode of season nine.

2. We are the End of the World

Episode two has been given name We are the End of the World by AMC ahead of its broadcast on Sunday, October 13.

According to the synopsis from Fox UK, the second episode will evolve around Alpha and Beta (Ryan Hurst).

The Fox plot reads: “The origins of Alpha and Beta are revealed; Alpha attempts to toughen up Lydia (Cassady McClincy) as they prepare to walk with the dead.”

3. Ghosts

Season 10, episode three of TWD is simply titled Ghosts.

Could the title suggest one or two major deaths will occur in the third instalment?

According to Fox, the synopsis for episode three is: “The threat of the Whisperers return leads to paranoia sweeping over Alexandria; in the meantime, Carol (Melissa McBride) battles with the need for revenge.

4. Silence the Whisperers

The fourth episode has been given arguably the most telling title so far.

Fox’s plot reads: “Still paranoid Alexandrians get riled up over the Whisperers and take their fear out on Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).”

With Negan set to play a major part this series, could this be the start?

5. What It Always is

Episode five of the 10th season has been given the name What It Always is.

According to Gracenote: “Supplies go missing from Hilltop; Negan is idolised by an Alexandrian; Ezekiel (Khary Payton) holds a secret.

What exactly Ezekiel is hiding will be revealed in the episode.

6. Bonds

As the series nears its halfway point, the sixth episode title is Bonds.

The synopsis courtesy of Gracenote says: “Carol and Daryl (Norman Reedus) go on a mission together while Siddiq (Avi Nash) struggles to solve a mystery.”

Could the mystery have anything to do with Ezekiel’s secret from the prior episode?

7. Open Your Eyes

The seventh instalment, which is scheduled to air midway through November, is named Open Your Eyes.

TWD’s plot for the episode reads: “Carol pushes boundaries that make Daryl uneasy; Alpha and Beta have reservations about someone.”

The Whisperers may have problems within their own camp if the synopsis is anything to go by.

8. The World Before

The show’s final episode before its mid-season break is titled The World Before.

With a war with the Whisperers definitely coming this series, the eighth episode seems to be the most likely opportunity.

Especially as the synopsis reads: “A fight causes tensions in Oceanside while the Alexandrians set out on a high-stakes mission.”

Express.co.uk will update this article when the rest of the episode titles are released.

The Walking Dead season 10 premieres on AMC on October 6 and Fox UK on October 7.
