The interrogation phase proved too challenging for actor Jeremy Irvine, ruby player Heather Fisher, Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson and rugby player Ben Foden, who all quit the series.
This left TV presenter AJ Odudu, Olympic cyclist Victoria Pendleton, TV presenter Jeff Brazier and footballer Wayne Bridge to take on the final challenge of the mountain trek and swimming in a frozen lake where their mental and physical strengths were put to the test.
They had to swim under the ice between four holes and then they had to carry each other on their backs for the final 15 minutes to cross the finishing line.
All four managed to cross the finishing line in time but only one could win.
