Archies day at preschool from roaring and water play to Meghans pick up with security

His father went to the prestigious English public school Eton. But California-based Prince Harry and Meghan Markle clearly want a different educational experience for three year old Archie.

During a new interview withThe Cut, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about her son's time at preschool – inviting the writer, and her readers, along on her school run.

Young Archie, who shares his father's red hair, is clearly a friendly chap and enjoys "roaring" and playing at the water table with his friends.

“Archie is just the cheerful kid who brings a week’s worth of freshly picked fruit for his fellow classmates and enjoys playing a ‘roaring’ game at recess," the article states.

The writer observed how after greeting his mum with a massive hug Archie enjoyed snacking on a quesadilla – a warmed tortilla stuffed with melted cheese and other fillings.

He munched his snack on the journey by car, in which the group was completed by a security detail – with the writer describing the moment the guard helped Meghan gave supplies to a homeless person.

The Duchess had prepped pre-filled bags of food and essentials, handing out one when she spotted a homeless man on the journey.

“They are teaching Archie that some people live in big houses, some in small, and that some are in between homes. They made kits to pass out with water and peanut-butter crackers and granola bars. ‘I ate one!’ Archie contributes.”

It was also revealed that the youngster had to have his clothes changed at school due to a game in the water.

Previously, it was reported that Archie's Montecito nursery taught “emotional literacy,” mindfulness, and sustainability.
