Jamie Redknapp married his pregnant girlfriend Frida Anderson in a low-key wedding in Chelsea yesterday. Now Frida has changed her surname to Redknapp on her Instagram account.
Jamie and Frida were spotted yesterday evening at Chelsea Registry Office in London.
They’re believed to have tied the knot in a private ceremony as they were pictured exiting the venue.
The pair were all smiles as Jamie donned a smart blue suit while Frida opted for a simple off the shoulder ivory dress.
According to reports, their wedding was attended by Harry and Sandra Redknapp as well as Jamie’s two sons.
Others spotted attending were Mark Redknapp and his wife.
The happy couple were later spotted having their wedding reception in London.
They were seen at the Mayfair bar Scott’s in the evening alongside their famous pals.
Among those in attendance were Frank and Christine Lampard.
Friends and family were also spotted at the high-end spot.
Now Frida has wasted no time in updating her social media profile with her marital name.
Her account is now named Frida Redknapp while she has kept her maiden name in her profile.
Frida and Jamie have been together since 2019.
Her pregnancy was confirmed earlier this year and they’re expected to welcome their first child together in a few months.
However, the pair keep out of the spotlight and news of their engagement was not known beforehand.
They do occasionally share snaps together on their social media accounts.
Frida posted a loved-up shot back in the summer of her and Jamie on holiday in Santorini.
They were seen posing in the sun-soaked pool as well as on the beaches in the shots.
Alongside it, Frida penned: “Beautiful escape from the beginning til the end. @jamie.redknapp #santorini @andronissuites”
Jamie was previously married to Louise Redknapp for 19 years.
They married in 1998 before splitting in 2017.
