Rebekah Vardy channels Legally Blonde as she struts into court in bright £2k suit
Rebekah Vardy looked like she meant business as she channeled Elle Woods in Legally Blonde as she arrived at London’s High Court today.
Rebekah, 40, appeared to take inspiration from Reese Witherspoon's iconic character as she strutted into court in a bright £2,095 co-ord suit from Alessandra Rich, for the latest day of her ongoing libel trial with fellow WAG Coleen Rooney.
The mum-of-four is suing Coleen for libel, after the wife of Wayne Rooney accused her Instagram account of being linked to stories leaking to the press back in 2019.
The suit featured a midi-skirt and a cardigan, complete with pearl buttons, which she wore over a simple white tank top.
Rebekah completed the look with white court shoes, a huge cream-coloured handbag and tinted sunglasses. Her dark hair was scraped back into a low bun.
Coleen, by contrast, arrived to court with her husband – former Premier League player Wayne – in a grey blazer and matching tapered trousers from The Kooples, retailing at £605, which she teamed with a long-sleeved black top.
She also carried a £3,280 Chanel handbag.
Wayne looked smart as matched his wife in a grey suit, white shirt and grey-striped tie.
Mother-of-four Coleen took to the stand today at London’s High Court as she gave evidence in the Wagatha Christie trial that’s gripping the nation.
The court heard that Coleen made up a story about gender selection, which she put on her private Instagram, to see if it would be leaked to the press.
She also revealed that she kept her Wagatha Christie operation a secret from her husband, Wayne, who was away at the time she posted her now infamous ‘It’s………… Rebekah Vardy’ Tweet.
During questioning last week, Coleen made rare statements on her marriage, discussing some of her and Wayne's difficult moments.
She said: “There's been a few unfortunate things that have happened and they have been publicised. It's happened quite a few times and I've dealt with it.
“We've dealt with it as a couple, as a family. There are a few things that have been publicised over a few years.”
