The Best Jungkook Lines in Group BTS Songs

He’s the “Golden Maknae” of this K-pop group for a reason. Jungkook is a talented dancer and singer, earning recognition for his solo songs like “Euphoria” and “My Time.”

However, this idol also has a few iconic moments within group songs for BTS. Here are some fan-favorite Jungkook vocal moments from group BTS songs, including their recent release, “On.”

‘On’ from ‘Map of the Soul: 7’

When BTS announced their 2020 album, Map of the Soul: 7, “On” and “Black Swan” were two of the tracks included, complete with dance routines and live performances. The BTS members even had a chance to perform “On” in New York City’s Grand Central Terminal.

When BTS did the Carpool Karaoke segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden, the performers had a chance to highlight Jungkook’s solo segment in the song. After singing about his blood and tears, Jimin cheered him on, as did people in the audience from the talk show.

‘Home’ from ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’

The recording of this song is a favorite among BTS fans. However, when Jungkook performs this song live, he throws in a few runs, making it even better.

That’s especially noticeable when BTS performed the song (virtually) for The Late Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Each of the performers sported shades of blue and white, showing what it is like in their crazy “casa.”

‘Airplane: Pt 2’ from ‘Love Yourself: Tear’

If you haven’t heard Jungkook belt the chorus a capella, you’re missing out. BTS has performed this song on a few different occasions including on The Ellen Show. However, during one BTS concert, Jungkook decided to sing the chorus of this song and the ARMY went crazy.

‘Answer: Love Myself’ from ‘Love Yourself: Answer’

One of Jungkook’s more challenging parts in group songs, Jungkook sings a few different parts in this group song, which later became the anthem of the “Love Yourself” Campaign. The group performed this song in conjunction with their UNICEF work, which resulted in millions of dollars raised by their ARMY.

‘Dope’ from ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1’

This song features some pretty complex choreography, but also some fast rapping from RM and some impressive vocals from Jungkook and the other members of this K-pop group, especially when JK sings the bridge.

The “Life Goes On” music video, featuring Jin, is now available on YouTube. Music by BTS, including their recently released album, Map of the Soul: 7, is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major platforms.
