Shoppers scramble to get cut-price video games from Tesco with deals so good they’re convinced someone is being fired | The Sun

A SAVVY shopper has revealed that they managed to get their hands on three massively reduced video games in Tesco.

The bargain hunter took to Facebook, to a private group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has 2.2million members, to show off their new purchases.

The anonymous group member shared pictures of their new cut-price games and said: “Went to Tesco earlier and saw these reduced.

“Not sure if they are reduced at all Tescos but it’s worth a look.”

The Tesco shopper was able to pick up three massively discounted games including Fifa 23 for Xbox, which was once £31 but was reduced down to just £3.10.

Not only this, but this gamer also managed to get their hands on a Formula One 22 game for a PS4, which was originally sold for £15, but was reduced down to only £1.50.

As well as this, the bargain hunter also managed to get a Gran Turismo 7 game for a PS4, which had a whopping £18 off, after it was reduced from £20 to just £2.

After feeling impressed with their cut-price bargain buys, the shopper also took a look on Tesco’s website to see if there were any more deals to be had.

The shopper found that there were more reduced games, including a Super Mario Bros game for a Nintendo Switch, which was reduced from £37 to just £9.25.

Not only this but there was another large reduction on an Animal Crossing game, for a Nintendo, as this was also reduced from £37 to only £9.25.

Another added: “Can't see them going for them prices at all. Ridiculous.”

Someone else noted: “Was in stock in my local Tesco but when I turned up they were all gone.”

Meanwhile, another user posted: "A lot of Tescos are getting rid of sections related to physical media, hence why they're cheap."
