Paris Hilton’s lavish wedding reception featured gold-leaf potatoes
Her wedding was all that and a bag of potatoes.
Paris Hilton’s lavish wedding to Carter Reum featured a reception where guests were served gold-leaf potatoes among other extravagant delicacies, all catered by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck.
A menu from the celebration showed a first course of an Asian pear salad with figs, pomegranate vinaigrette, and candied pecans served with butternut squash tortelloni flavored with brown butter and crispy sage. An assortment of bread with sweet cream butter was also offered up as a starter.
For the main course, attendees were served an entrée of potato-crusted sea bass as well as grilled New York strip steak with Yukon Gold potatoes topped with sour cream, caviar — and of course the gold leaf detailing.
Desserts and appetizers were endless at the wedding.
