The Princess of Wales is ‘rising above the drama’ following her brother-in-law’s explosive memoir, a royal expert has claimed.
Kate Middleton, 41 – who this week attended public engagements at a hospital in Liverpool and a nursery in Luton – was praised for ‘putting duty before herself’.
‘She’s doing a job that not only puts a smile on her face, but brings smiles to the faces of others,’ author Katie Nicholl told OK! Magazine. ‘She doesn’t do drama and she never has.’
The writer behind The New Royals: Queen Elizabeth’s Legacy And The Future Of The Crown told the outlet the King Charles III will be channeling the same ‘back to business’ attitude his family is known for.

Kate yesterday revealed her youngest son Louis is ‘rugby mad’ on a visit to England’s wheelchair rugby league team to celebrate their World Cup title.
The princess, patron of the Rugby Football League, hosted a reception for the team at Hampton Court Palace on Thursday afternoon to mark the victory in November’s tournament, which was England’s first since the inaugural competition in 2008.
Speaking to the team about their 28-24 victory over France, she added: ‘You’ve set the bar high haven’t you? Which is good.’

As she told the team she and the family had watched the final on TV, the mother-of-three said the family loved competing against each other – particularly siblings Prince George, Prince Charlotte and Prince Louis.
After hearing about Kate’s sporty side, the players invited her in for a training session – an offer she couldn’t turn down.
‘I’d love to come and play,’ she said. ‘There’s no excuse now. We’re going to have to have a family training session.’

A clip of the wholesome interaction shows the royal sit down with her new, dressed up, friend as they happily sculpt away at some sand together.

Despite scathing attacks from Prince Harry in his memoir Spare, including claims William pushed him over during an argument about Meghan, the Waleses were greeted with a huge cheer from the crowd as they arrived in the city.
Although there is no official protocol on selfies, the royals have a rule against signing autographs, so that they can’t be sold for large amounts of money.
And in the early days of camera phones, they seemed to shy away from being snapped with members of the public with Princes William and Harry and King Charles all voicing their dislike of the method.
However, in recent years, they’ve become commonplace, with Charles posing for his first selfie all the way back in 2014, and other royals from Sophie Wessex to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following suit.
