This brand is really bringing some cred to joggers with its latest collab

There’s been plenty of buzz around menswear brand Percival, the London brand known for its chic Cuban shirts and smart separates.
With celebs like Paul Mescal, Kit Harington and, of course, Gareth Southgate, who famously wore the waterproof Sherlock Jacket at the Euros 2021, big fans of the brand, it’s no wonder this Hackney-born brand is being hailed as the menswear brand of the moment.
Its latest collab sees Percival team up with iconic sportswear brand Champion for the fifth time with a sharp new collection that makes for the dream casual attire, named The Best But Better.
Each Percvial X Champion design is unique and a one-of-a-kind, hand-embroidered in London nearby to Percival’s Hackney studio.
It’s a bit of a departure from the smarter clothes we’ve seen from the brand previously (in particular the must-have linen suit for summer and jazzy polo shirts as seen on Paul Mescal), but the reaction to the range has been very positive so far.
Fans were quick to comment on an Instagram post from the brand, with one writing: ‘This is a FIT.’

While another commented: ‘Banger.’
The caption alongside the pea green hoodie and sweatpants reads: ‘Order of the Day – This guy is hydrated, his muscles are purring, Percival x Champion hoodie and sweatpants soft against his skin, giving him a sort of physical reassurance that he’s made the right choice in pairing this fit with a pair of leather boat shoes. What are we saying, Perci People? Maverick or mistaken?’
The Best But Better collection pays homage to the brand’s roots, taking inspiration from old scout badges, as well as featuring Percival’s classic embroidery style with a range of animal motifs.
The collection consists of lightweight and thicker sweatshirts and hoodies, as well as tracksuit bottoms and shorts, all with the signature Champion logos.
