TLC’s ‘sMothered’ Season 2 finale sneak peek: A unique gift

TLC’s hit reality series “sMothered,” co-produced by The Post, follows mother-and-daughter duos with intensely close bonds.

The Season 2 finale is here already, and this season has been full of dramatic ups and downs. That includes catching up with several returning pairs from Season 1, including Cher and Dawn, who are dealing with their changed relationship now that Cher herself is a mom and Dawn is a grandma; Kathy and Cristina, who are fighting more than ever with Cristina’s husband, Carlo; and Sunhe and Angelica, who are dealing with some health scares and Angelica’s relationship with her boyfriend, Jason.

The season also introduced some new duos, including the plastic surgery-loving Mary and Brittani, the co-dependent Marcia and Alena, and Laurie and Sarah, who have a reversed dynamic where daughter Sarah acts as the “parent” to her mom, Laurie, who has health issues.

In this exclusive sneak peek from the Season 2 finale, Sarah presents Laurie with a unique gift on her birthday: a kidney necklace to symbolize Sarah’s promise to give Laurie one of her kidneys.

“How many kids are willing to say, ‘Hey mom, take my kidney,’ ” says Laurie.

“Sarah has dedicated her life to her mother right now — which I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing,” her grandmother says.

“sMothered” airs Sunday nights at 10 p.m. on TLC.
