Dynamo reveals he will perform magic in every country in the world after recovering from coronavirus

BRITISH magician Dynamo will perform in all 196 countries around the world after beating deadly virus COVID-19.

The incredible feat will make him the first artist ever to do so, and the Bradford-born star says he will go no matter how dangerous it might be.

The 37-year-old was putting the finishing touches to his first new magic show in six years when he was told that he had coronavirus.

The magician is 'high risk’ as he suffers from reactive arthritis, the result of a lifetime of Crohn’s disease.

However, his condition has inspired his new TV show and he’s conjured up about 200 tricks for the programme from his hospital bed.

After making a full recovery from coronavirus, Dynamo – real name Steven Frayne – is planning a global tour.

He said: "I want to do a world tour with my magic where I actually go to every country. It would be amazing to go to places like North Korea and Syria and do magic.

“I often find that we get the best moments of magic in the least likeliest of places, maybe at the end of a long day’s shoot when we’re en route back to base. We’ll pull over and film with a group of people, they could be homeless people, and we’ll film magic with them.

“I grew up in an area called Delph Hill [in Bradford] where it was notorious and rough and wasn’t the place where people would venture in or venture out, but I always knew that there was so much potential and so much talent hidden away in the estate that would never get to see the light of day.

“I always make a point, when I go to different countries, to go to the more deprived areas and try to find the magic in those locations.”

Dynamo has been keeping fans up to date with his recovery and recently spoke to Chris Evans' Virgin Radio Breakfast Show and revealed how his Crohn's disease made his mild case of the illness much worse.

He said: "I obviously was struck down by Covid. My case was, you know, it was possibly a mild case, but it got quite severe because of my existing condition. Well, exacerbate it throughout the whole course.

"The last couple of weeks, I spent a lot of time in bed. I've been self isolating and following all of the rules. Now I'm definitely feeling in much better spirits. Still a little bit crocky, so I apologise for my husky voice.

"I think in some ways it shows us that we shouldn't take things for granted and we should make the most of the moments that we go through."
