Inside Bella Hadid’s ‘childish’ 23rd birthday with pottery painting and PIZZA cake – The Sun

BELLA Hadid put her luxury jet-set lifestyle on hold – and threw herself the sort of birthday party most eight-year-olds would adore.

The model celebrated her 23rd with mug painting, a brunch with party hats and scratch-and-sniff stickers plus a birthday cake that looked like a giant pizza.

She began the day with a long-running tradition, by heading to clay shop Color Me Mine to paint mugs with her family.

Her brother Anwar and his girlfriend Dua Lipa joined in the fun, being seen concentrating as they decorated their pottery pieces.

Bella's mum Yolanda revealed they had been going to the New York spot for 24 years – posting: "SINCE '95" across one of the snaps.

Afterwards, they all headed off for brunch at fancy vintage-themed restaurant Sadelle's, where the family had a private room.

Wearing in a black dress and Doc Marten boots, she led the family into the diner, where tables were decorated with hats, stickers and party horns.

Each table had a balloon tied to it, including one in the shape of a huge pizza slice reading: "Have a supreme birthday!"

Towers of avocado, sliced tomato, bacon and smoked salmon were on the table, with a pile of bagels stacked up on the table.

The party appeared to be enjoying cocktails during the lavish brunch.

Designer Alexander Wang sent Bella a huge pizza-themed cake in honour of the model's favourite junk food.

Bella was even seen resting her head on a butterfly flower arrangement from older sibling Gigi Hadid.

She shared the 24-year-old's gift with the words: "From the best sister in the world."

The festivities continued into the evening with Bella later seen heading out in the city in a red and yellow print dress.
